New Years Post

In humanities, our classes homework was to make a blog post about for new year. We were supposed to make a four paragraph post telling about two of our new years resolutions like learning something new. My class also had to write one talent that I had or something special about yourself.

One new years resolution I can think of right now is to start getting outside more. I thought this was fitting because I don't really get out much, possibly because I'm too lazy to get off my reading chair. I hope that by the end of the year I will become more active and get out more.

Another new years resolution I came up with was to get more organized. I chose this resolution because just today, it has occurred to me that my desk is a complete mess, books and pencils scattered everywhere and my book shelf is cluttered with books I had in 1st grade and little pieces of Lego and by the end of the year, I hope to become more organized and I hope to find a way to deal with all my junk.

A talent of mine is a very unusual one. I can mange to put my thumb behind my hand so it looks like a square angle. Not a 180 degree angle, not a 100 degree angle, not a 96 degree angle, but a square angle, like the corner of a square (hence the name). What's really strange about this skill is that I'm probably the only person in school to do it and another thing is that all my cousins (I think) can do it too. And probably in the past, my dad, uncles and aunts could do it as well. Strange indeed.
